I meet with David at least once a month in a business network and I happened to mention that my MacBook Pro wasn't working. I couldn't attend any zoom meetings as a result of this and I didn't know what the problem was. As he was explaining the probable cause, I'm sure he could see the confusion on my face so he took the laptop with him after the meeting had ended and within 4 hours he called me back to say it was up and running and it was ready for collection. In addition, Panoptic provides us with out-of-hours IT backup, two days each month, when the magazine is going to press. Pauline in Cork is our go-to person whenever we have computer, software or technical issues -- her breadth of knowledge is phenomenal, and our problems always gets solved.
